  • We all love an adventure, one that pushes us to our limits whilst still maintaining safety, health and wellbeing. From seawater activities to foraging for fresh ingredients there is an adventure to suit all palates and desires.

That’s why nutrition is a key focus of the retreat, with our in-house chef preparing delicious and nourishing meals using fresh, locally sourced ingredients. You’ll also learn new tips and recipes for preparing wholesome foods that not only taste good but also support your overall wellbeing.     Sam holds a CrossFit level 1, British Weightlifting 2 and level 3 Personal Training certificates. Between our coaches, there is an immeasurable amount of knowledge and skill that will make your experience unforgettable.
